Based in HK, Fred is Head of Strategy for Tencent Cloud International. He helps define Tencent Cloud's international growth strategy and leads strategic initiatives, especially in novel fields such as Web 3 and Metaverse. Prior to Tencent, Fred worked as a consultant with McKinsey and a technologist with J.P. Morgan. Fred holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.
