Bugra is a digital product management professional with over 14 years of experience. He has done digital transformation for one of the leading telecommunications operator in Europe and done end-to-end product execution for two digital banks in two continents starting from the foundation work. He has led the digital proposition and customer experience of the fastest growing bank in the UAE - Liv. by Emirates NBD from scratch. On his other digital bank experience, starting from day 0; he has worked on a wide range of areas, gathering customer insights in the field, developing strategy, creating propositions, defining product specifications, driving branding and experience design development of Mox Bank – the virtual bank by Standard Chartered in Hong Kong.
After taking the role for digital Products of OSL - the world’s first SFC-licensed, listed, digital asset wallet-insured, Big-4 audited digital asset trading platform for institutions and professional investors; most recently he has been looking after Digital Assets initiatives at HSBC. He enjoys bringing difference and creative ideas in his work to enhance the customer experience and business plans further. He believes in execution and results rather than keeping ideas on slides.
