BC Technology Group CEO since July 2019, Hugh has had two decades of experience in blockchain, financial markets and security.
He also co-founded digital asset exchange and brokerage company, ANX International, and previously served as BC Technology Group CTO from 2013 to early 2019. Prior to ANX, he worked as a Lead Architect, FX, at HSBC and as a Solutions Architect, Institutional Banking & Markets at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. His professional experience also includes senior roles at Lloyds Bank, HBOS and the Bank of Scotland Treasury Australia. He is active in several industry associations and holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle.
