Jessica Lam is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at WeLab, a leading pan-Asian fintech platform with over 55 million individual users and over 700 enterprise customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Indonesia. The company operates one of the largest digital consumer finance businesses in Asia, two digital banks and a fast-growing B2B fintech enterprise solutions business.
Jessica drives the group’s overall strategy, and which includes spearheading the rollout of the WeLab Bank and expanding the group’s digital banking presence to Indonesia. She also heads the group’s major functions including Communications, and Corporate Development and Investor Relations teams.
Jessica has over 15 years of fintech and banking experience. Prior to joining WeLab in 2017, Jessica spent over 12 years at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London specializing in Investment Banking as well as Private Wealth Management.
Jessica is a Board Member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), an independent association of members who represent Hong Kong’s fintech community globally.
