Ludovic is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and has many years of experience in the legal, financial and crypto industry, He is currently the Head of Hong Kong for SEBA (Hong Kong) Limited, being a subsidiary of SEBA Bank AG, which is a Swiss-based regulated bank that offers digital and traditional banking services for professional and institutional clients, and specializes in providing secure and seamless access to a range of cryptocurrencies, as well as traditional currencies and investment products in Switzerland. SEBA’s aim is to bridge the gap between traditional and digital finance, and to provide a secure and user-friendly platform for managing traditional and digital assets. Ludovic is responsible for setting up SEBA Hong Kong’s office. He has worked extensively on issues relating to regulated and crypto markets and regulations and his experience also spans across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, commodities, investment funds, structured products, as well as virtual assets/cryptocurrencies.
