Sam serves as BD Lead of Avalanche Asia. Sam was the BD and Operation Head of KuCoin Community Chain and built that ecosystem from the ground up to around $80M in TVL in 2022. Prior to becoming part of the industry, Sam served as a management consultant and provided solutions to Deloitte, Amway Global, Veritas along with a few other top companies. Mr Yao also co-founded an E-Commerce company while he went to school in University of Wisconsin-Madison and Cornell. Now Sam and his teammates are keen to provide a direct end to end solution to help web2 enterprises enter web3.
