Yolanda is an Investment Director of Radiant Tech Ventures Limited where she was actively engaged in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities in early and growth stage startups and accumulated extensive experience in innovation and technology investments in Greater China, North America and Israel. During the period, she led investments across sectors include FinTech, artificial intelligence, smart city, healthcare, new materials, autonomous driving and many more, with portfolio companies sold to Facebook and Samsung.
She also worked at PineBridge Investments’ London and Hong Kong offices as Business Development Associate, responsible for developing institutional business in Greater China region and coordinating consultant relations effort in Europe and Asia. Previous to that, Yolanda worked at the London office of NextEnergy Capital, a leading specialist investment and asset manager in the solar sector, where she was responsible for analyzing renewable energy investment opportunities in the UK and Italy.
Prior to the MBA, Yolanda worked as a Project Manager for Hyflux, a publicly listed company in Singapore and a global leader in sustainable technology solutions. She was responsible for developing commercial real estate and large infrastructure projects where she was one of the earliest green building specialist in Singapore.
Yolanda holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Civil) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
